In the last 30 days, we have been challenged with record heat, lots of freezing rain, high winds, frost and record cold temperatures which we haven’t seen since 1927. Throughout it all, you responded quickly, followed Michael’s advisements and were attentive in covering your plots to minimize damage.
We thank and appreciate each and everyone one of you personally for your commitment to CCG. You are amazing!!!
Special thanks to Donna Nardo who had a sixth sense and brought over all those bricks that we desperately needed this past week. Many thanks, Donna.
Housekeeping notes:
~ If you haven’t done so already, please email Mable your December total for your personal consumption.
~ Please re-stack bricks in one of the 4 corners of the garden.
~ If you are interested in seeing a hydroponic
farm in operation please email Candy.
~ If you haven’t signed up to tend the community corn and sunflowers contact Candy. Two week slots are needed to be filled for February & March.
